We offer FREE Standard Shipping on all merchandise orders that are $100 and over (excluding taxes).

Shipping Costs & Delivery Schedules

Below are the shipping method options and costs. Please refer to your order and post-purchase notifications (email or mobile messages) for the most up-to-date information.

During Checkout you will see the total price, including taxes, shipping and handling charges, in Canadian dollars before you place your order. Your credit card will be charged in Canadian dollars according to the charges displayed during Checkout. Packages shipped to Canadian addresses do not require a signature for delivery.

Your credit card will be charged when your order is packaged and ready to be shipped. If you are receiving your order in multiple shipments, your credit card may be charged multiple times as we only charge your credit card when the product you ordered is packaged and ready to be shipped.

Title to the products in your order is transferred from To Youth to you when your credit card is charged and your products are shipped. Risk of loss with respect to the products in your order is transferred from To Youth to you when your order is delivered to you. This transfer of title does not affect our returns policy, available here.

Please reference estimated delivery date during checkout to determine when your order will arrive based upon your order time.

To Youth offers FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on all merchandise orders that are $100 and over (excluding taxes). For shipments totaling less than $100, there is a delivery charge of $8.95 for standard shipping. Express shipping is $13.95 and available in select locations. Your shipping address must be in Canada.

Parcel Forwarding Services

If you choose to use a parcel forwarding company, we will not be liable for any damage, defect, or loss that occurs. We will not offer replacements or refunds for orders or items that are reported missing or damaged that we reasonably believe to have been delivered to a parcel forwarding company. Any order addressed to a parcel forwarding company is placed at your own risk. To Youth is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

All orders ship Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays within Canada.

International Shipping

We apologize, but currently we are unable to process and ship orders to destinations outside of Canada.

Restricted Hazardous Items

Certain items considered hazardous materials including aerosols and alcohol-based products (e.g., pressurized spray cans, hairspray, nail polish remover, etc.) are restricted and required to be shipped by standard, ground-only transport, due to air transport restrictions and regulations.
